We come to your home and inspect your system before the heating or cooling season begins to make sure it is functioning properly.
This includes:
COOLING SERVICE
$255 1st system
$125 each additional system
- Clean condenser coil/check temperatures
- Adjust system for efficiency
- Check safety devices
- Check blower/belts
- Check electrical components and connections
- Check Freon levels
- Check drain system
- Lubrication as needed
- Inspect filter condition
Heating SERVICE
$255 1st system
$125 each additional system
- Check safety devices
- Check blower/belts
- Lubrication as needed
- Check for combustion leaks and vent condition
- Check flue piping
- Adjust for fuel efficiency
- Check condensate pump
- Check thermostat
- Inspect filter condition
